Our BIO-CIRCLE parts washer is perfectly suited for CNC tool cleaning as well as the cleaning of production components. In case of large quantities of parts to be cleaned, our stainless steel cleaning systems (e.g. HTW, BIO-CIRCLE Turbo) will save you a great deal of work with their fully automatic cleaning program or high pressure cleaning pistol.
Our RWR pipe and heat exchanger cleaning system is particularly suitable for the cleaning of CNC cooling equipment and pipelines. This machine effectively removes contaminations inside the cooling channels, therefore improves its cooling efficiency.

BIO-CIRCLE Parts Washer
The Bio-Circle Parts Washer from Bio-Circle is a cleaning system especially developed for the cleaning and degreasing of industrial parts. It effectively removes contaminations such as oil, cutting oil, emulsions, dust and metal shavings from parts. Thereafter, the purely natural microorganisms contained therein break down the oil and grease, therefore greatly extending the service life of the cleaning medium.
RWR KST Cooling Channel Cleaning Device
Contaminants in chiller cooling pipes reduce cooling efficiency. The RWR KST is specifically designed for cleaning and flushing such cooling pipes. This device operates on a circulating flush principle, meaning cleaning can be performed without disassembling the equipment, thereby saving time and costs. Simply connect the inlet and return pipes to the chiller requiring cleaning, and the entire cooling system can be flushed with the Power Cleaner DB cleaning agent.
